•The above hotel categorization is based on our own internal assessment after considering each destination. Please do not expect facilities similar to hotels in developed destinations.
•Hotels in Arunachal Pradesh have very basic amenities and simple food. They should not be compared with that of other regions. Facilities like lift, western toilets, television, hot water etc may not be available at all places and all hotels. Scarcity of water, power are common these regions. Guests primarily go to these sectors to enjoy nature.
•Vehicles in this sector do not have carrier. Hence guests are requested to travel with limited luggage only.
•As of lot of sightseeing points are closed due to Covid Situation and it depends on the local authorities whether they will reopen these sightseeing points or not during tour.                                          
•In Seven Sister sector Ac will not run in Hill area and luggage carrier is also not allowed in the vehicle.  
•Permit require for Arunachal Pradesh, (ILP),. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License / Aadhar Card) for processing the permit. PAN Card are not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
•Permit also require for traveling to Bumla & Madhuri Lake. Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original Photo ID proof.
•Supplement Cost for Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake @ Rs. 5,500.00 per car will be charged extra (vehicle - Sumo)                                  
•In Hotel We Book Regular Room. Because Hotel Have Maximum Number of Regular Rooms. If Customer Want to Upgrade Room in same Hotel like View Room, Suite Room etc. You Have to Pay Extra at The Time of Booking.
•Third Person Sharing in same room provides mattresses only without cot.
•On tour Guests are requested to carry 2 photo copy (Xerox) of any Photo ID proof (Except Pan Card) i.e. Passport, Driving Licence, Voter's ID along with them. Also submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
•Children / Students are requested to carry 2 photo copies (Xerox) of school or College Photo Identity card along with Them Also Submit a copy of the same at the time of booking.
•Closed: The Kaziranga park remains closed May to September.
•2 passport size photographs.
•Tour manager will not be held responsible for the Photo ID proof.
•In case of any inconvenience to the railway, company will not be responsible for that.
•Company Is Not Responsible For Railway berth confirmation, ticket booking confirmation, and any other Problems Related to IRCTC or Railway Board.
•Like berth number, Berth Preference and confirmation of seat and passenger any Other problems suffering during railway journey.

About Hotel in Arunachal:-
•Hotels available are only with basic amenities & simple food. There are no star categories Hotel in Arunachal region. The facilities available cannot be matched with the other developed destination. The regions prime tourist interest in its nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. Please be informed that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavor.
•All hotels do not have lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. Facilities like western toilet, television in room, geyser in bathrooms may not be available at all places. For specific requirement, please inform us and we will try to provide. This is again subject to availability. For CP, MAP and AP meal plan, menu will be on fixed plan basis and not on A-la-Carta basis. For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple bread & butter / jam. Puri / roti – sabji may not be available.
•In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour.

•Tour cost will not be refundable if the customer would not be present at time.
•If the planned sightseeing will have to cancelled because of any kind of climatic or social Problem then company will not be Responsible for that time

•Before 30 Days: - 10% of Total Tour Cost.
•Before 20 Days: - 50% of Total Tour Cost.
•Before 15 Days: - 75% of Total Tour Cost.
•Before 10 Days: - 100% of Total Tour Cost.
